I think none of us really expected the boys to win against Italy, but I certainly didn't expect them to put up such a good fight. I think we were all pretty surprised that the Socceroos managed to fight their way into the top 16 and would have been satisfied if they lost fair and square, knowing they did what they could. But to lose like this... especially to the Italians... well it bloody hurts. FIFA has a lot to answer for in this World Cup.
Is that Italian player in the picture waiting for some 'between-the-cheecks' action as a reward?
